At the March staff meeting, the team experienced one of the most challenging aspects of the design-thinking process, taking everything they learned from their interviews and distilling it into a short and sexy "experience statement" or "P.O.V." Jennifer Marsh, Children's Fine Art Program Coordinator provided the introduction to the define phase and groups worked in teams to craft their statements.
